NappyBlack Art uses USPS as a shipping carrier & due to covid-19 shipping times may be delayed by up to 6 weeks.
For commissions a 50% deposit is required at the time of request.
Commission requests are to be made with the Contact link.
Clients in the Memphis Metro area can contact via email to schedule a pickup for any NappyBlack products.
Allow 5-10 business days for completion of your commission request.
Allow 10-15 business days for processing & shipping of your NappyBlack products.
No refunds on purchases but if your items are damaged during shipping please immediately contact via email to discuss replacing your damaged item.
